We got it backwards

Respect isn't given. It's earned — in the work, in the effort, in how you carry yourself when nobody is watching. Compete hard. Respect harder.

The Manifesto

Being nice is not the same as being good

We started handing out respect like participation trophies — to everyone, for nothing. We taught a generation that protecting feelings matters more than keeping score.

It isn't. The greatest respect you can pay an opponent is your absolute best — anything less is an insult dressed up as kindness. But how you win matters. Always. You shake the hand. You honor the official.

To be fierce and honorable at the same time — it's the hardest thing in all of sports.

The Standard

This is the standard

You don't earn respect by being nice. You earn it by how you compete and how you carry yourself. Three versions — choose yours.

Save it · Send it

Every rep, every play — how you compete and how you carry yourself.

01I compete hard. Every rep, every play, every time.
02I respect harder than I compete.
03I never play down to “be nice.”
04I win without gloating. I lose without excuses.
05I lead by example before I lead by voice.
06I am the same competitor when no one is watching as when everyone is.
